Rodent populations have soared in towns and cities following pandemic lockdowns and bigger problem demand better solutions. Anticimex SMART Cities is an innovative and environmentally friendly, rodent control system designed to target and eliminate rodents above and below city streets.
The Anticimex SMART system is linked wirelessly, communication rodent activity to our office, This information is used to target rodent infestations where they start and eliminate them at the source without the use of harmful chemicals. Add the services traditionally provided by pest control professionals, and you will get a solution that gives you the best of two worlds – automation and expertise.
Anticimex SMART Pest Control is an intelligent pest control system that monitors activity, predicting, and preventing costly infestations in an environmentally-friendly way. Are you looking for an easy pest control program that Iets you relax and that handles all the work? Then Anticimex SMART is the solution for you. An environmentally-friendly option, Anticimex SMART uses technology to improve pest detection, so it can root out problems as they are occurring, instead of waiting until they are large enough for you to notice them. This use of technology helps reduce the number of preventative pesticides by targeting pests before they become a problem, without the large-scale application of pesticides that were once necessary for preventative pest control programs.
Anticimex SMART uses a wide range of cutting-edge technologies depending on your individual situation. We respond immediately to threats using preventative pest control and targeting any pests that may enter your premises. The heart of the network, Smart Connect, communicates with the installations and delivers information to a SMART reporting system. Depending on the product used, the communication uses one of two technologies:
We inspect the site and review documentation including blueprints and designs, then ask you a series of questions. After a thorough analysis, we then determine the unique, optimal set-up for your particular situation.
We install state-of-the-art, multi-purpose technology around the site.
Our ongoing service includes physical inspections, emptying and relocating of traps, and analysis. We act fast when necessary – all you have to do is sit back and relax.
The key to Anticimex SMART’s success is its ability to customize a system based on a detailed site assessment. Before installation, we fully inspect your site, including examining blueprints and designs when they are available. This helps us determine weaknesses and establish points for monitoring and evaluation. Based on our inspection, we design a plan customized to your site and to your potential pest problems. After planning a custom system, we install it at your location. We use various types of technology to help us monitor for pests, and we connect it to our systems remotely. Unlike traditional pest monitoring systems, which require in-person inspections, we are able to monitor unobtrusively and remotely, 24-hours a day. We combine remote monitoring with regular physical inspections to ensure that we are not missing anything. This constant monitoring allows us to schedule services when, and only when, you need them. In addition, you do not need to call to schedule extermination services. WE schedule them as soon as we spot a potential problem, so that there is never an opportunity for pests to become an infestation.
Smart Box is a multi-catch unit placed above ground to detect and trap multiple rodents.
Smart Pipe is installed in main sewer pipes that connect buildings to the main sewer. Smart Pipe 3 is installed onto metal sewer pipes connecting buildings directly to the main sewer.
The Smart connect Mini communicates wirelessly via a mesh network (WITHOUT the use of your home Wi-Fi or cameras) to our offices, sending information regarding mouse activity and catches. The SMART system can connect up to 200 devices throughout a home.
Waterproof and dust proof Smart Eye Mini sensors are devices that can be placed on walls, a bait box, in attics, under sinks, in crawlspaces, anywhere that fits your home’s needs. They are capable of detecting mice up to 6.5 feet away. With three sensor settings: “on a bait-box”, “short-range” or “long-range” they provide reliable data ensuring your home stays pest-free.
The Smart Snap Mini can be placed in wet, humid, and/or dusty environments. It is activated when a mouse has been caught and it reports the catch to our local office. The Smart Snap Mini also detects when mice are walking through the tunnel without going into the trap, documenting all you rodent activity. It is equipped with a temperature sensor and has a 5-year battery life.
Smart Sense Mini can detect both cockroaches and moths by monitoring and attracting the insects with non-toxic pheromones. Provides detailed analytics to combat insect infestations.
While Anticimex SMART is clearly a superior system, it may not be right for everyone. Often there is nothing wrong with a traditional pest control system, and, depending on your site analysis, traditional pest control may be the most economical and efficient way to handle pests at your site. That is why we begin every installation with a thorough site review to determine if Anticimex SMART is right for you.
People often ask whether the Anticimex SMART system is really any better than traditional pest control systems. We believe it is for a variety of different reasons. With traditional pest control, the monitoring systems require frequent physical readings; they cannot tell pest control technicians when activity is occurring and are inaccurate in pinpointing the severity and frequency of pests. In addition, traditional pest control methods do not work well with sewer systems and usually rely on toxic pesticides In contrast, Anticimex SMART allows remote activity and sends date and time information when activity occurs. It is a predictive system, which can predict infestations before they happen based on trend curves. It has unique traps for use in sewers, which are a significant entry point for many pests. And most important, it is non-toxic, which makes it ideal for applications where traditional pesticides would be inappropriate.
